1. Who we are

This website, daggulainfra.in, is operated by Daggula Infra Private Limited ("DIPL", "we", "us"), registered office at 5-112/186P, Block No 5, Shamirpet, Shamirpet Mandal, Hyderabad - 500101, Telangana. This notice explains how we handle personal data you give us through this website.

2. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address (optional)
• The project you are interested in
• Any message you choose to write

We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial, health or identity document details through this website. This website does not use analytics or tracking tools, and does not itself set cookies. Our project pages show an embedded Google Map. When you view a page with the map, Google may set cookies on your device and receive technical information such as your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can block these cookies in your browser settings; the rest of the website will continue to work. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

3. Why we collect it

We use your details only to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Share information about the project you asked about
• Arrange a site visit or call, if you request one

We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated purposes.

4. Your consent and how to withdraw it

We process your details on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the enquiry form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling +91 90301 80186. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. Once you withdraw, we will stop contacting you and delete your details, unless the law requires us to keep them.

5. Who we share it with

We share your details only with:

• DIPL staff who handle enquiries
• Service providers that help us run this website and receive enquiries, only for that purpose
• Authorities, where the law requires it

6. How long we keep it

We keep your details for 12 months after our last contact with you, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier. After that, we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

7. How we protect it

We take reasonable security measures to protect your details from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. If a data breach affects your details, we will inform you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• Ask us to correct, complete or update it
• Ask us to erase it
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so
• Raise a complaint with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied

9. Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
